Single needle direct drive post bed industrial machine with upper driven roller, needle and lower circular feed

This line of machines is characterized by use of direct drive servomotor, high quality of design, low level of noise and vibrations.
■ Machines are equipped with automatic thread trimming, programmable backtacking and electromagnetic presser foot lifting. Powerful direct drive 750 W servomotor (1x 230 V) and control electronics are incorporated in the machine head. Direct drive mechanism minimizes noise, vibration and makes machine assembly easier (there is no need of V-belt). It minimizes the power transmission, which results in advanced working productivity.
■ Machines are equipped by automatic lubrication.
■ No use of clutch for reverse stitching. This solution is safe and maintenance-free.
■ Three available sizes of roller presser foot: 26 mm, 28 mm (standard) and 30 mm.
■ Double needle machines are supplied with following needle gauges: 1.6 mm, 2 mm, 2.4 mm (standard), 3.2 mm.
■ Maximum sewing speed of single needle machines is 3,000 stitches per minute.
01 Easy to use control panel is incorpora- ted in the machine head.
02 Integrated control panel with 3 buttons: A – Switch of quick reverse stitch; B – Switch of half stitch with two functions. Half stitch is done by pressing the switch, stitching at minimum speed is done by hol- ding the switch; C – Emergency STOP – while pressed, it is blocking the pedal. Press again to cancel this function. 03 LED lighting combined with UV light and flip-up wire are supplied as standard.
