Automatic heavy duty long arm lockstitch sewing machine with unison feed, Garudan GF-138-448 MHL100

arudan GF-138-448 MHL100 is an automatic single-needle sewing machine for medium and heavy-duty tasks with an enlarged working area of 100 mm, featuring automatic functions, unison feed, and a large bobbin.

The main features of these singles and twin needle machines have bottom, needle and alternating foot feed. TRIP transport system ensures proper feeding of all kinds of material. Maximum sewing speed is 2000 stitches per minutes. Maximum stitch length is 9 mm.

01 When sewing long stitches, large diameter hook provides sufficient capacity of threads. Automatic thread trimmer enables to achieve high productivity and reductions consumption of threads. This type of thread trimmer enables trouble-free trimming of threads up to size 10.

02 Maximum stitch length of all models is 9 mm

03 Presser foot lift is actuated by pneumatic cylinder. Bobbin thread winder is located in operator´s hand reach, thus ensuring higher productivity, comparing with standard side located winder.

04 Auxiliary hand wheel is used for an easy manual turning round the machine when needed

07 PTL – Installed double puller helps to reach the best feeding of the sewn material. Various diameters and surface treatments can be supplied on request: P – smooth polyurethan, S – denticulated steel, T – denticulated plastic

08 CD Climbing device  A: Climbing device switch: By pressing the switch, the height of walking foot is changed. When the indicating light is on, foot lift is raised by 4 mm from standard setting and speed of machine is automatically lowered. After pressing the switch again, presser foot lift height and speed is returned to the standard setting. 
B: Switch of quick reverse stitch: While the switch is pressed, sewing machine performs reverse stitching
