Description
Electronically controlled 1-thread button sewing machine, equipped with a servo motor integrated into the machine head (Direct Drive system). Smooth adjustment of the spacing between buttonholes, with 51 pre-programmed button sewing types and patterns available. All parameters are set via a clear and user-friendly control panel. The machine is operated by a stepper motor.

The machine is standardly equipped with an automatic thread-locking system at the end of the sewing process, preventing buttons from coming loose during use.

The machine operates without lubrication, fully eliminating the risk of oil stains on the product. A modern thread cutting system reduces the remaining thread length to 3.5 mm (compared to approximately 5 mm in standard models).

Optionally, with the replacement of parts, the machine can also sew shank buttons.
