The H&H AI-128 Spec I is a machine with a wide range of applications in the production of personal protective equipment, waterproof products and upholstery products, such as: medical protective clothing, medical protective suits, rain, and storm coats and jackets, climbing clothing, sealing flysheets for tents, awnings, and even diving suits. In particular, the latter feature proves the capabilities of the H&H AI-128 Spec I and its high precision, because in such a demanding production there is no room for error.
Industrial seam sealing machine
The seams are sealed with tape from 4 mm to 24 mm, heated with hot air from the nozzle, with a temperature from 50 to as much as 800 °C with an adjustment accuracy of +/- 1 °C. The temperature of the heater is adjusted automatically depending on the amount of air supplied to the nozzle. The position of the nozzle is adjustable in three planes. Thanks to the high power of the heater (3.6 kW), there are no temperature drops affecting the quality of the bonding of the welded tape with the material.
Intuitive interface
Control is provided by a large touch panel, where you can set and monitor the temperature of the heater in real time. The device is equipped with a physical key integrated with the panel, which allows you to block changes to parameters such as temperature and transport speed. The panel offers programming of 5 different welding sections with a welding length of 5 cm to 500 cm and up to 500 repetitions of each. From the panel level, you can select the energy saving mode, which will turn off the heater when the machine is stopped at a time set by the operator. This time is adjustable from a second to 50 minutes and resets when welding starts again.

Perfectly tight connection
The stop-and-restart compensation feature allows the ribbon rolls to be gently retracted when welding resumes, effectively eliminating air bubbles and areas that could be under welded due to insufficient belt tension against the material. In addition, for a perfect balance between the flexibility of the material and the belt, the H&H AI-128 Spec I have differential drives, controlled by stepper motors, which reduce leakage between the belt and the difficult material to zero by changing the speed of one roller relative to another, speeding up or slowing down the transport.
