Needle feed system – eliminates layer shifting
The bottom feed combined with needle feed eliminates the problem of fabric layers shifting against each other, especially when sewing long elements. The result is a uniform and precise seam along the entire length of the material.
Built-in AC Servo motor – 70% energy saving
The AC Servo motor integrated into the machine head (mechatronic "all-in-one" system) saves up to 70% energy compared to conventional electronic motors or clutch motors. Quiet operation, without unwanted vibrations. Equipped with a vortex fan for efficient cooling.
Closed lubrication circuit – no fabric staining
The closed and shortened lubrication circuit (dry needle bar) effectively prevents fabric staining during sewing. Ideal for delicate or light-coloured materials.
Enlarged sewing field
The distance between the needle bar and the machine arm is 30 cm, providing a generous working area for large or complex pieces.
Complete automatic functions
