In July 2026, the All Stitch Automatizari SRL team made an official visit to the ZOJE Sewing Machine Co., Ltd. factory in Yuhuan, Zhejiang, China – one of the world’s leading manufacturers of industrial sewing machines.
We wanted to see with our own eyes how a ZOJE Template M7 machine is born – from the very first metal component to the finished equipment, ready for delivery. What we discovered confirmed why ZOJE is the right choice for professional workshops in Romania.

The Frame and Base Structure
Everything begins with the frame – the precision metal structure that forms the foundation of the entire machine. At ZOJE, every frame is manufactured from high-quality steel, machined to tolerances of ±0.01mm.
We observed that the structure is engineered to absorb vibrations during operation at maximum speed of 3,200 stitches per minute, ensuring long-term stability and precision.

Precision Mechanical Assembly
In the second stage, mechanical components are assembled onto the frame. Every element – from linear guides to the transport mechanism – is fitted by specialist technicians with over 10 years of experience.
The ZOJE factory adheres to international 5S quality and organisation standards, clearly visible in the impeccable order of the production hall.

Machine Template M7-GS900H
The heart of the machine is the CNC contour sewing system, with a robotic arm and a 750W Servo Direct Drive motor. The working area of 130 × 90 cm allows sewing large pieces without repositioning.
Intuitive Touch Panel
The 7-inch colour touchscreen allows programming of 999 patterns, USB file import (DXF, DST, NSP) and precise X/Y coordinate control. Any operator can work without extensive training.
The ZOJE Humanoid Robot – The Future of the Textile Industry
One of the highlights of the visit was meeting the ZOJE humanoid robot – a collaborative project between ZOJE and a leading Chinese university.
The robot is designed to work alongside human operators in assembly and quality control processes, representing the direction in which the global textile industry is heading.
