MMS button wrapping thread goes from strength to strength. The significant extra number of buttons per cone has reduced costs significantly especially when used on the latest generation Mk 18 wrapping machine making the process of button securing viable in all garment types rather than just on the higher price point garments.

Our MMS TF thread is available in 70 colours but now on 22g and 220 cones. The larger cones offer a cost saving and of course the benefit of fewer cone changes should regular colour changes not be required. 

What is it?
MMS buttonfuse® TF thread is an elastic heat sealing thread designed for
button wrapping. It is strong, reliable and designed to leave no loose ends
which can occur with other threads.
How does it work?
The TF thread is wrapped under tension around the main sewing threads,
creating a super tight gripping force. Heat is then applied to the shank to
fuse it which ensures the button never falls off.
